01Dept. of
Identity
Start with the person. Identity should belong to the one carrying it, not the state, platform or collective holding the database. “Self-sovereign identity” is kind of redundant. Like ****nic black metal. We already got the memo.
02Dept. of
Incentives
Incentives are usually running the show. If the incentives and disincentives are off, the system eventually tells on itself. Learn the current money game, play it without getting owned by it, then build optionality elsewhere.
03Dept. of
New Rails
New rails are only interesting if they make real life less annoying. AI should remove household admin, not just generate more tabs. Bitcoin is one clean monetary experiment. Other chains are trying to make different things possible.
04Dept. of
Strength
Training, food, sleep, recovery and the boring stuff that keeps working while the exciting stuff gets the attention. No transformation theatre. Just trying to build a system that holds up in an actual life.
05Dept. of
Meaning
Individuality, authenticity and the inner landscape. Darker metal can be strangely calming. So can symbols, ritual and the reminder that not every useful question is a spreadsheet question.
06Dept. of
What Holds Up
Trust minimisation is not a costume. Data is only as good as the people, systems and incentives feeding it in. Convenience is fine. Just do not call it trustless because the branding came with dark mode.
